"This is an exciting time for the River Pines PUblic Utility District (RPPUD). I am proud to be a part of the community and offer my expertise to the RPPUD. It is critical that knowledgeable, capable, and qualified people are elected, or appointed to the Board of Directors. As the State of California Water Resources Board implements heavy regulations on utility districts, it is essential that we have a Board that is willing to work as a team to provide safe drinking water and effective wastewater treatment to River Pines."
