Candi Bingham assumed the role General Manager for the District on January 1, 2015.  She brings a mulitude of experience and skills to the District. including, but not limited to, accounting, payroll, human resources, management, customer service and legal..

Candi graduated from Amador High School in 1986.  She earned a degree in Accounting (BA) in 1990.  A degree in Psychology (BA) in 1998 and teaching credential in 2008.
